Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Shipment cost - ILS 35
• Free shipping for orders over ILS 250
• Home delivery cost - ILS 35. Deliveries will be provided within 5 business days
• You can also collect your order from the studio at no extra cost
• We currently do not ship outside Israel

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you either purchased or received it (for online purchases)
• You can return items to the studio using a delivery service for ILS 35
• On Sale items can be returned or replaced up to 5 days from the date of purchase or receipt. 

To be eligible for a return (and a refund), your item must be unused, with all the original tags and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items made for order are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card according to the terms of your purchase (meaning, if you used instalments, your refund will also be divided into instalments) within 48 hours. You will receive the credit within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase value.

משלוח חינם בכל קנייה מעל 499 ₪.י
איסוף עצמי מהסטודיו ללא עלות, האיסוף בתיאום מראש.י

החלפה והחזרה

תוך 14 יום מקניית או קבלת הפריט (במשלוח).י

פריט שנקנה במבצע ניתן להחליף עד 5 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלתו.י

החלפה מבית הלקוחה בעלות 65 ₪ איסוף + מסירה.י

החזרה מבית הלקוחה בניקוי 5% עמלת סליקה, משלוח איסוף + מסירה בעלות 35 ₪.י

החזר כספי

החזר כספי יינתן תוך 48 שעות מיום הקנייה/ קבלת הפריט (במשלוח) ובהתאם לחוק, ההחזר יועבר תוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד החזרת הפריט, בניכוי דמי ביטול של 5% משווי הרכישה על פי התקנות להגנת הצרכן. ההחזר יינתן לכרטיס האשראי שאיתו בוצעה ההזמנה ובאותם תנאים של העסקה המקורית, כלומר במידה שעסקה בוצעה בתשלומים היא תזוכה במספר תשלומים זהה.י

החזרה/ החלפה תינתן בתנאי שלא נעשה שימוש במוצר, לא נלבש והוחזר באריזתו המקורית עם תווית הבגד.י

שימי לב: לא ניתן להחזיר או להחליף בגדים שנתפרו בהזמנה אישית.י

נא הקפידי לעיין בה וליישמן בקפידה על מנת לשמור על הבגד לאורך זמן.י
